Our mission is to provide programs and services that support students' leadership development and promote student engagement in co-curricular activities. SLE provides the following opportunities:

  • Over 175 undergraduate and graduate student organizations
  • Student government and leadership positions
  • Fall and Spring Involvement Fairs
  • Student Elections
  • The Phoenix and Green & Gold Connect weekly e-newsletters for campus events
  • Change the World From Here Institute: Magis Emerging Leadership Program, McGrath Scholars Program, McGrath Graduate Fellows Program, Community Leadership Program (CLP), and Self-Transformation and Empowerment Program (STEP)
  • Leadership development workshops, coaching, and resources
  • Resources for student organizations and engagement opportunities
