Our mission is to provide programs and services that support students' leadership development and promote student engagement in co-curricular activities. SLE provides the following opportunities:
- Over 175 undergraduate and graduate student organizations
- Student government and leadership positions
- Fall and Spring Involvement Fairs
- Student Elections
- The Phoenix and Green & Gold Connect weekly e-newsletters for campus events
- Change the World From Here Institute: Magis Emerging Leadership Program, McGrath Scholars Program, McGrath Graduate Fellows Program, Community Leadership Program (CLP), and Self-Transformation and Empowerment Program (STEP)
- Leadership development workshops, coaching, and resources
- Resources for student organizations and engagement opportunities

Find lifelong friends and develop leadership skills in our social Greek communities.
Get involved in undergraduate student government and help inspire positive change at USF.
Represent the graduate student community for intercollegiate connection.
