Here are examples of the most common room rates. This list does not include all available rates, so your rate may be different. See all current room rates here.
A meal plan is required for all residence halls except St. Anne's and Fulton Flats.
A health insurance plan is required for undergraduate students. If you're a domestic student, you have the option to waive the plan if you're already covered under your parent's U.S.-based health insurance plan and it meets the waiver criteria. If you're an international student, you are generally required to enroll in the plan. Learn more about the student health insurance plan.

If you want your bill to display the adjusted amount with outside funds, the funds have to be received by USF and applied to your account. For example, we cannot adjust your bill based on a scholarship award letter alone; we must first receive the funds and then apply it to your account.
Payment Plan
If you choose to enroll in the payment plan, your bill will be split into monthly payments. There is a $50 enrollment fee to use the plan each semester, and you must owe a balance of at least $2,250. Learn more about the payment plan.
