Nutrition & Exercise
Healthy habits can help you feel your best—both inside and outside the classroom. Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition, stay active, boost your energy, or build lifelong wellness habits, our free resources and programs are here to support your success.

Schedule a Nutrition Education Appointment
Meet one-on-one with a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) or trained Peer Health Educator for personalized nutrition guidance. Whether you're looking to eat healthier, fuel your workouts, manage a busy schedule, or make sustainable lifestyle changes, we're here to help. Appointments are free, confidential, and tailored to your individual goals.
Before your appointment: Complete a 24 hour food record or be prepared to discuss everything you ate and drank during the previous 24 hours.

Exercise is Medicine® On Campus
Exercise is Medicine® On Campus (EIM-OC) helps students discover ways to make physical activity part of everyday life. Through campus partnerships and evidence-based resources, the program connects students with opportunities to improve their physical and mental well-being, reduce stress, and build healthy habits that support academic success.

Jumpstart Your Wellness Challenges
Every semester, students can participate in wellness challenges designed to get them moving, socializing, and putting the fun in exercise. In the 2026-2027 academic year, we will be hosting the annual Go Dons Get Fit challenge (students versus faculty, staff, and librarians) in October 2026, and a Heart Health challenge in February 2027.
