Success Coach Drop-In Hours

Registration for Spring 2025 begins November 10th. CASA will be hosting drop-ins during registration week to help with general registration questions and procedures. Drop by and speak with any of our academic success coaches in-person or online.

In-person drop-ins will be offered as indicated below:
Date: Monday, November 10th - Thursday, November 13th
Time: 10 am - 4 pm Pacific Time
Location: CASA Lobby on the UC 3rd Floor

Online drop-in hours below will continued to be offered through November 10-14 week.

Each USF undergraduate student is assigned to a CASA academic success coach. You can find out who your success coach is in your Student Hub, under "My Success Team".

You can make an appointment with your coach, or you can visit any success coach during their regular drop-in hours without an appointment.

Note: Drop-in hours are best suited for quick questions or time-sensitive situations, and conversations may need to be limited to 10 or 15 minutes depending on how many students are waiting. For a more complex issue or to develop a detailed strategy for success, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment with your dedicated CASA coach. This allows us more time to get to know you, understand your specific goals, and create a personalized plan to ensure your academic journey is smooth and successful.
