How to Make a Don Dollars Deposit
Deposits onto a Don Dollars account can be made at any time and in any amount whereby the resulting balance does not exceed $1499.99. Deposits can be made using one of several methods:
The GET App
Use the NEW GET App available for download on to any mobile device! Search GET Mobile CBORD in order to download the app to your device. This can be used to conveniently add funds to your account instantly, mark your card as lost/found, add credit cards to your account, and update contact information among other convenient options.
Log onto our online Don Dollars depositing system and make a deposit using a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Any personal information that is collected and transmitted over the Internet to process your transaction is protected by Secure Sockets Layer, which defends against unauthorized access and fraud. In order to make a deposit, you will need to login by entering your valid USF Connect information. As soon as you make the deposit, funds are available for immediate use.
USF'S One Card Office
The One Card Office is located in Lone Mountain 130. Deposits from this location are credited within minutes, and can be made using cash, check, debit card, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
The Cash2Card Machine
Our Cash2Card machine enables you to instantly deposit cash onto your Don Dollars account. You also can use the machine to check your available balance. If you deposit money via the Cash2Card machine and your balance does not reflect the amount deposited, you should visit the One Card Office to complete a Deposit Inquiry Form. (We highly recommend that you bring with you a copy of the deposit receipt.) The Cash2Card machine is located in the University Center, next to the Market Cafe.
Download and complete the Fax Deposit Form, then fax it to the One Card Office. Please include only the last four digits of your credit card number on the form. Once you have transmitted the fax, please phone the One Card Office to provide us with the complete Visa or MasterCard number.
*Please note - For the GET App option, there is no setting for Guest Deposits at this time, please access the Guest deposit option via the Online System.
