Request for Drone Use Form

Before using a drone for University business, please file a Request For Drone Use Form. Please include a copy of the required license and a Certificate of Insurance (for 3rd parties).

Once completed, email the form to Public Safety and to Melissa Diaz, Director of Risk Management.
