Get in touch with the Director of A+A Technology when you need assistance with technology in an A+A classroom or advice when it comes to keeping your personal computer in good working order, backing it up, and installing the software you need. (Their hours and contact information are in the contact box on the right side of this webpage.)

At all other times, or in their absence, either submit a Service Request and they'll respond at their next opportunity during business hours, or if it's a particularly urgent matter, contact the fine folks at the ITS Help Desk.
