Employee Assistance Program (STAFF/FACULTY)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offered by CONCERN provides professional assistance to eligible faculty and staff, dependents, and/or others living in the household. USF Summary of EAP Benefits.

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for students

Learn more about our services, resources on and off-campus, and more. Call (415) 422-6352 or -6351 during business hours to schedule an appointment. There are no out-of-pocket fees for these services.

GoUSF Wellness

GoUSF is an award-winning holistic wellness program whose mission is to support the health and well-being of employees and their families. GoUSF focuses on the activities that support employee engagement (I actually like my job) and resilience (I can handle change without burning out). This is accomplished by tending to our employee's needs for rest, reflection, physical activity, healthy nourishment, social connections and play.

Koret Health and Recreation Center

Full-time Faculty and Staff may access Koret free of charge by presenting their current USF ID or USF Mobile Onecard to the Front Desk. Koret offers recreational activities, wellness programs, and fitness services to encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, health & resilience.
