Thank you for participating in the 8th annual Go Dons Get Fit Challenge
We exceeded our goal of 250,000 and tracked 274,170 minutes of exercise as a USF community. The winners of this year's competition are once again our faculty/staff. Well done!

November's Wellness Focus: Gratitude
Practicing gratitude at least 3 times a week is proven to offer a host of benefits, including: stronger immune system, exercise more and take better care of yourself, more alert, alive and awake, more joy and pleasure, feel less lonely and isolated.
