Interviews & Offers
Interviews are opportunities for you to showcase your skills, experiences, and personality to an employer. Whether you've never interviewed before or are very confident in interviews, remember that interviewing is a skill that you can continue to improve with practice. On this page you will find many resources to help you prepare for interviews, as well as information about what to do after an interview and when considering an offer.
Note: To renege on a job offer is to not follow through on your acceptance of the offer. You owe yourself and the people expecting you to join their ranks the professionalism you displayed in the interview, including following through on your commitments. Reneging on an offer could have repercussions, as recruiters talk to each other and this could affect your reputation on the job search market. If you would like to discuss your personal situation, please contact our office to meet with a counselor.
