As more meetings host in-person and remote attendees simultaneously, ETS has upgraded many conference rooms, meeting spaces, and offices with Zoom Rooms, an all-in-one solution with built-in cameras, microphones, and touchscreen displays.
Zoom Rooms Features
Our Telepresence meeting spaces allow users to join Zoom meetings and feature:
- A high-resolution camera pointed at the meeting table
- 16 microphone array
- Ability to share images on MacOS and Windows laptops wirelessly
- Touch screen display for control
- Touch screen whiteboard and annotation functionality for both local and remote attendees
- DTEN: 75" or 55" display
Zoom Room Locations Reservable through EMS
Select conference rooms on the Hilltop and Downtown Campuses are equipped with Zoom Rooms and can be reserved on EMS.
