Review Your 2025 Benefit Elections

2025 Open Enrollment ended on Nov. 8. You can review your 2025 benefit elections in USFWorks by following the steps below. If you have any questions, please contact the Benefits Team.

1. Log in to USFWorks.
2. Click Benefits and Pay.
3. On the next page, click Benefits, Benefits By Date, enter View As Of 1/1/2025, and then click OK.
4. On the next page, you will see your 2025 benefit elections. You can download a copy for your records by clicking PDF in the top right corner of the page.

Please note: If you experience a Qualifying Event prior to Jan. 1, 2025, once the Benefits Team has received and approved your Qualifying Event task, a new 2025 Open Enrollment task will be generated for you to submit, which you will find in your USFWorks inbox.

Anthem Members Alert: USF has been made aware of an ongoing contract negotiation between Anthem and Sutter with a potential termination date of 12/31/2024. Currently there is nothing members need to do; both Anthem and Sutter are working in good faith to resolve their differences. Anthem can not provide any additional details at this time. We will keep our Anthem members updated as we receive more information.
