Stress Less Day

Thank you to everyone who participated in virtual Stress Less Day on April 2, 2020 via zoom.

According to the American College Health Association, the number-one health impediment to academic performance is stress. Here are some activities we planned in Spring 2020:

  • 12:15pm - 12:30pm - CAPS discussion: Managing Anxiety 
  • 12:30pm - 1pm - guided meditation with Father Vincent
