Meetings and Minutes

 2026-2027 Academic Year

JUCC meetings occur the third Thursday of the month  from 11:40 am to 12:40 pm (60 min). Meetings are held during the months of September through May with the exception of December and January. Meeting agendas are posted one week in advance of the meetings. Meeting minutes are posted upon Committee approval at subsequent meetings. 

USF community members must register to attend JUCC meetings using their USF email address. Sign into the Zoom app using single sign on or SSO.  If you have not done so, you will need to activate your USF Zoom account. Students, please see the USF Zoom Guide for Students (PDF) for information on how to log into the USF Zoom account in order to register for the meetings. Please contact Katie Hoffman at khoffman@usfca.edu if you have any issues registering for the meetings.
