The University of San Francisco has made every attempt to include in these programs all persons deserving of recognition. If there has been any errors or omissions, please accept our sincerest apologies. Reasons for being omitted may include applying to graduate late, becoming eligible after the books went to print, etc. While these are electronic versions of the book, they have gone through an accessibility remediation process, thus changes cannot be made.

FERPA permits disclosure of directory information without student consent unless the student has filed a Request for Non-Disclosure of Directory Information. Directory information at the University of San Francisco includes: student's name, USF email address, school of enrollment, credit hour load (full-time, part time), periods of enrollment, degree(s) awarded and date(s) of conferral, honors, participation in athletic activities, weight and height of athletic participants, major and minor fields, and Dean's list.

All students who have requested non-disclosure of directory information have given their written permission to have their name listed in the Commencement Books. Students who did not give permission, or did not respond to our request for permission, are omitted from the Commencement Books per FERPA policy.
