Move-In Information

Greetings from the University of San Francisco!

On behalf of the entire University community, welcome to the University of San Francisco. We hope you are ready to join a vibrant and exciting community. We have been busy planning for your arrival and look forward to greeting you on move-in day.

What to do BEFORE you Move-In

  1. Complete your online ID Express as soon as possible to get your USF ID Card (One Card). If you arrive outside of your designated move-in date, you may pick up your One Card from the One Card office during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm), then head to your residence hall. If you arrive after hours you will go to your assigned residence hall and receive a temporary access card. You will then go to the One Card office when they are open to pick up your One Card.

  2. Submit proof of immunization to Health Promotion Services. As a condition of enrollment, USF requires all incoming students to submit proof of immunization to safeguard the health of our USF community. All students are also strongly encouraged to submit their records before coming to campus. Students who plan to live in USF-operated housing and are unable to provide proof of immunizations by the deadline will have limited access into their residence hall until all their records have been submitted. If you are unable to obtain your immunization records, re-immunization is required. Pleasesubmit all immunization records. If you have any other questions please email hps@usfca.edu. The deadline to submit your immunization records for the Fall 2018 semester is August 15, 2018.
