    One-on-One Appointments with LWC Staff

The LWC Director & Assistant Director are happy to meet one-on-one with any USF undergraduate or graduate student to discuss general academic study strategies that might be helpful. Such strategies include, but are not limited to: time management, general study skills (test taking, note taking, reading), goal setting & prioritizing and much more! Feel free to contact the LWC at 415-422-6713 or lwc@usfca.edu to make an appointment. Meet the LWC Director and Assistant Director and the rest of the staff!

    Study Space

The LWC has ample study space for all USF students to use and we are open later than most offices on campus! We also have a conference room with whiteboards and a projector, should you want to reserve the space for practicing for a presentation or working on a group project. Our hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30am-8pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm & Sun 12-8pm. Feel free to reserve our conference room by contacting the front desk at (415) 422-6713 or lwc@usfca.edu.

Computers, GO Print Station & Textbooks

The LWC has four computers for all USF students to use while the Center is open. We also have a computer dedicated to the Rosetta Stone, where students can check out the program for free to help them learn Spanish or French. The LWC also has a wide array of textbooks (some of which professors use in their classes) that can also be checked out, to help with studying or further understanding of class material.

    Front Desk Assistance

The Front Desk staff are here to provide you with any support you are seeking through the LWC. Whether you are here to meet your peer tutor or Writing Center consultant, need to check out a textbook, or just have a general question - the LWC front desk staff is here to assist in anyway they can. If they are unsure of an answer to your question, they will do their best to guide you in the right direction! Meet the LWC front desk staff.
